Would using floor putty on LVP be a good way to fill in slight gaps after a floor installation?

Hey, just finished installing my floor and I noticed a few spots with small gaps. Do you think floor putty would work well on LVP? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks so much!
I haven’t come across any filler that appears good or lasts on this flooring material.

Could this be considered a floating floor?
Yeah but because I created a unique pattern, some parts were secured with gorilla glue
I don’t think I’ve ever heard of someone using wood putty on laminate. Maybe
There is a putty designed specifically for use on vinyl and laminate surfaces
Hey, do you happen to know the name of that or where I could find it? ☺️
I bought it at either lowes or home depot in the flooring department. It’s been a while so you may want to double check if they still have it.
I appreciate it.
In different locations and weather conditions, floating floors may swell and shrink. It’s likely that you will encounter this issue. Preventing movement could lead to buckling.
They look absolutely stunning!!
Thank you, !
I’ve applied color-matched silicone to fill gaps in the past. Just remember to spray with denatured alcohol while wiping to prevent a big mess. I opt for the silicone that matches grout colors for a seamless look
I purchased this from Amazon.
Well that’s interesting, are they all interlocked at those angles? I suppose it would be effective if they are laid properly. Hmm, impressive work, I quite like that.
We needed to make some cuts and adjustments to create the design. The cut sections where they intersect are held together with wood glue
Oh, that’s cool..I’ll need to remember that technique
My in-laws’ floors were just redone the same way and hers turned out even better, haha!
Nice job, !
There is putty available for LVP. It may not be very durable, but the option is there.
