Why is the outlet meter showing bad ground after installing alumicons in a house with aluminum wiring, could it be related to the installation or a loose ground elsewhere, and where should I start troubleshooting?

My girlfriend’s house has aluminum wiring throughout, and we recently installed alumicons to ensure good ground. However, the outlet meter is now showing bad or no ground on the last few outlets. I’m not sure if it’s because of the alumicons or if there’s a loose ground somewhere. The person who installed the alumicons isn’t very reliable, so we’re not sure if he traced the issue properly. Any advice on where to start troubleshooting would be appreciated. Thanks!
Let’s check for bad or loose ground! Let’s go back to the last good ground and move to the next outlet to find a starting point somewhere in between, most likely.
Is saying that the issue is that every outlet is indicating there is no ground or a faulty ground
Wait, so everything was good until the last few units were installed? And now they’re all messed up, even the ones that were previously working fine?
Began by checking the breaker box before moving on to the first plug or outlet
We should take out all affected devices from the wall and figure out which circuit is controlling them. Then, we can start tracing for any bad or broken wires. We should be able to find something.
If there are any devices indicating no ground, let’s remove them and also remove the one before it in line that has a good ground. The issue might be in that one, or there could be a junction box where the ground wire was poorly twisted in a wire nut.
