Why is the ground-neutral bar located so close to the breakers in the panel, making it difficult to visually inspect without removing them?

It seems like a child put together that panel. Yikes!
I’m with you, Mark. I didn’t wire it myself, I just wanted to take a look. The company that did it has a reputation for cutting corners, I suppose.
The load center is designed for plug-on neutral breakers, which is why it’s positioned so closely.
I had no idea that was even possible. Do you think it could become a new weak point for load centers?
Says that the reason for this is so that AFCI/FCI combos don’t require a pigtail for the neutral wire, as it can land directly on the neutral.
Could be the solution. I like that it removes the pigtails from the arc fault and FI breakers that come with it. It seems to clamp really well too, with jaws similar to a QO breaker.
