Why is my new faucet producing a bunch of little streams instead of one larger stream when turned on fully?

Hey guys, quick plumbing question for you. I recently put in a new faucet and took out the aerator before turning on the water to flush the lines. However, when I put the aerator back in, the water is now coming out in multiple little streams instead of one solid stream when the faucet is fully on. It’s making a mess and I’m not sure why it’s happening. Any ideas on how to fix this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help!
Check if the aerator consists of multiple parts. If so, try removing one of them. If the issue persists, consider exchanging the current aerator at Lowe’s or Home Depot for a different one with matching threads.
Something seems off with the positioning. I suggest removing the aerator and checking if something got misaligned during installation.
I forgot to mention that I have already tried that twice
Based on what mentioned, it’s likely a defective aerator. There are no other probable causes. Unless the water pressure is unusually low, which doesn’t appear to be the case.
It may be equipped with a low flow aerator
