There are brackets available that can be attached to the front screws….you should try following the correct process
Check out one of these options:

It’s not that difficult, come on, you can do it. They designed it so you can add more if necessary.
Hmm, could it be that those boxes are not meant to be attached directly to a stud? You might have the wrong boxes. You should contact an electrician
Or consider using a box mounted on the side 🤷♂️
Haha, I only came here to read the comments I expected to see
Self-tapping screws sure come in handy.
What is the reason behind attempting to improvise?
Hey, maybe take a break from sweeping, buddy
They manufacture boxes specifically designed for the item you are inquiring about

I can recall my days as a inexperienced apprentice, clueless about the appropriate materials for the task. I’m grateful I picked up those skills at a young age. It’s hard to believe not knowing how to utilize a plastic box. 🤣
Just like attempting to fit an electrical outlet into a convenient box upon arrival.
Boss approves of wiring methods and materials 👍
Can you show me you’re new without actually saying it?
Incorrect box selection
They produce lots of boxes that are UL listed for mounting to studs on the side.
