Which color mulch rocks do you prefer, excluding red?

What color of mulch or rocks are you thinking of using? Personally, I’m not a fan of the red.
You’ve got to be kidding!
To start, try clearing out the overgrown shrubs. Once the house is visible, you can proceed from there.

That’s the plan for today, but first, I need to get the rest of the materials I’ll need.

In my experience, colored mulch tends to fade with time. If you’re considering it, natural (cedar) mulch might be a better choice. Remember to freshen up the mulch regularly… maybe yearly? Rock may be more expensive, but it requires less maintenance.
I really appreciate that! The information is super useful. We actually purchased this house back in September 2022 when I was pregnant, so we haven’t had a chance to make any updates or maintain it. Now that our daughter is a year old, we’re finally getting around to it!
