Where can I find replacement brackets for a doggy door that was removed from my new house?

I’m really lost here and could use some guidance. The new house I just moved into already had a doggy door, but I took it out and now I can’t find the brackets to attach the fixed panel to the frame with this specific hole pattern. Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Check the edge of the door for the manufacturer’s name and additional information, then reach out to them to see if they carry replacement parts.
Noticed that all identifying marks have been removed from the doors.
Check with your local door shop, they might be able to identify the manufacturer if you show them a photo.
You can find various brackets available for purchase online. Do you know the brand of the door? It appears to be a Patriot, for example, SWISCO carries their products.
I couldn’t find any identification marks on the door. I took off both doors when I first moved in and got rid of all the identification marks
Just head over to Home Depot and grab something thin and bendable. You can pick up a flat bracket and shape it to fit easily. A touch of white spray paint will help it blend in.
Do you have any suggestions on what kind of metal to use? I tried a few different types and the ones I could bend ended up breaking, while the ones I couldn’t bend were too tough. Also, I don’t have anything to cut metal
