I just created this design. What do you think would be a fair price to sell it for?
Selling for a high price because every cent counts
I plan on putting it to good use
I believe any cost would surprise the customer

You’re more likely to touch the hot and neutral wires with your finger when unplugging something.
People try to solve a problem that doesn’t actually exist by grounding up
In hospitals, grounding up is necessary to prevent metal objects from falling and causing a short circuit
Not a specific code reference, just how the engineer specifies it. And they rarely make mistakes
I’ve worked in hospitals and have never seen that (USA)
Maybe you’re not familiar with codes. Research it before assuming you know everything. You don’t want to embarrass yourself like you just did

I prefer to have the ground facing down in residential settings, but in commercial and industrial setups, it’s facing up
In my house, the ground is facing up for the switch-controlled outlet
Personally, I think the upside down method works better
The switch-controlled outlet isn’t affected by plugging it in upside down
Mentioned that the NEC specifies receptacles to be installed upside down in certain locations. You can look it up.

Could someone share the reference with me so I can learn, please?
It all depends on the national electrical and local electrical codes…
Mentioned that this rule was enforced in certain places and I can’t recall exactly where, but it may be in the code book. The rationale behind it was that plugs could come loose, exposing both prongs, and children were getting injured when they touched them with their fingers or other objects. I understand that it can be frustrating for some.
