What method would you choose for finishing the concrete ceiling garage – skim coating or bonding gyprock?

What do you think would be simpler – skim coating or bonding gyprock on this concrete ceiling (garage above)? It doesn’t have to be flawless, just looking for an improvement!
What do you think about gluing up paintable styrofoam ceiling tiles? It’s easy and mess-free.
I was thinking about having a smooth ceiling without any joints. Those tiles don’t quite fit what I have in mind, but I appreciate the suggestion.
