What materials should I get to repair the cracks in my foundation found during my house inspection?

Hey, can anyone give me a hand? Just got a new house and the inspection mentioned some cracks in the foundation. Any idea what I should get to patch them up? Thanks! 😊
The good news is that it seems to only be a crack in the parging. I recommend calling a mason to come out, remove the damaged parging in that spot, and check if there are any underlying issues. If not, just have them redo the parging in that area and you’ll be good to go.
Hey Stew, thanks a bunch!
Tell Stew to either fix the parging around the crack himself or have a mason inspect it if it appears to be a more serious problem. It could help you save some money.

Hey Joey, could you repeat that, please?
Could you help me out with that stitch, ?
It appears that the scratch coat is developing some cracks. Not a major issue, unless there are underlying problems with the foundation.
No, not at all! I just wanted to tidy it up a bit to make it look better, that’s all
You can apply crack cement filler/caulk to patch it up. You can also consider adding stone veneer underneath the siding to enhance the appearance of the house.
Oh yeah! I was a bit confused about whether I needed to patch it up first before installing the stone. I’m really excited to get started!
Always remember to ensure that the scratch coat is securely attached to the foundation and not loose.
