What materials do I need to fix a leaky bathroom sink with a bad seal that’s causing cold water to turn white?

Hey everyone, can you help me figure out what I need to fix the leak in my bathroom sink? It’s the cold water faucet that’s leaking from a bad seal at the top.
Seems like it’s old pex. Replacing pex is pretty straightforward. The crimping tool costs around $70. I suggest getting new crimp rings and replacing the shut off valves as well.
Those shark bites can be easily removed. Take care of them while you’re at it.

By the way, if you haven’t already, you might want to consider getting a desiccant of some sort (you can find some at the dollar store) to place underneath there to absorb the moisture and prevent mold growth
