What materials do I need besides the door sill to replace it, including the best sealant for the blacktop and the possibility of using PT lumber?

I have to swap out this door sill because water is seeping underneath it. Any advice on what else I should grab at the hardware store besides the sill? Should I use pressure-treated lumber to match the current height? And how can I best seal between the sill and the blacktop? Or should I just go ahead and get a new door altogether?
Make sure to apply silicone underneath it and I would also recommend using a product like a sill guard from https://www.sillguardinc.com/ or a different flashing/ pan system.
