What material would you recommend to complete the left side of the house, since I can’t find the 7in vinyl siding with Styrofoam insulation?

Hey, I’m having trouble finding that 7in vinyl siding with the Styrofoam insulation for the side of the house. Any ideas on what we could use instead to finish it up?
Consider using real bricks or faux rock instead. If you can’t locate the exact siding you want, opt for something entirely different.
