What issues do you notice with the panel in this 1910 Livingston, Texas house, with a meter next to it, a few outlets, and recent remodeling?

What’s the issue with this panel? It’s a house from 1910 in Livingston, Texas. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There’s a meter next to the panel and a few outlets in the house. It was recently remodeled. I can spot the problem, but what do you all notice?
Not in contact with the ground
An old eneral Electric panel, wiring appears to be drawing 90 amps on a 200 amp main, missing a ground rod, just enough circuit breakers to power small air conditioners but not a toaster & coffee maker, in urgent need of rewiring with a higher quality panel.
