What is the reasoning behind connecting a 480 volt neutral to a 120/208 volt neutral on a 75 kVA 3 phase 480 volt transformer fed from a 480 volt 5 wire bus plug?

I don’t understand why someone would connect a 480 volt neutral to a 120/208 volt neutral on a 75 kva 3 phase 480 volt transformer. The 480 volts is coming from a 480 volt 5 wire buss plug. Can you explain that to me?

Both neutral wires should be connected to the same grounding system. That was the wrong answer, please disregard.
