I believe there are regulations regarding how low a breaker can be installed, especially in flood zones. The height should be around 6 feet or 6 feet 6 inches.

Looks like your journeyman skipped teaching you the proper way to phase a 120/208 3-phase system’s branch circuits. And did they forget to mention labeling the neutrals with brady tags? Oh, and what about explaining the isolation grounds?
Sure thing. Move back 10 more feet and take another picture
Can you show me the initial one?
Charles looks great, just like the original! 👍
Great job
What height is ideal for mounting the panel?
What is the maximum height at which a panel can be mounted?
What is the correct height for the first breaker to be installed?

I wasn’t the one who determined the phase, it was based on the temperatures. However, I am aware of the isolation requirements.
No need for the top to be exactly at 6 feet.
Seems like you’re second, cry more
Why so short?
