What’s the name of this type of screw? And how do I determine the size from this diagram? (Each square in the grid equals 1 inch by 1 inch)
Could you check if there’s a tape measure around? Try zooming in on the photo until the square is 1×1 and then measure the screw in the photo.

It seems like a pan head screw to me
It seems like a half pan head to me.
Seems to be a pan head sheet metal screw, 1/2”- 5/8” long and made of stainless steel. #8 size is quite common.
