Hey, so check this out – something went wrong. Any idea what I need to purchase to make it right? And what’s the name of that piece that connects the faucet to the sink?
Seems like you’ll have to get a new faucet
Time for a fresh one!
You might want to consider getting a brand new faucet. If the retaining ring is deteriorating, chances are the rest of it is too. Walmart has some pretty affordable options.
Hey, does it resemble this? I think it’s a compression flange. Best of luck searching for a replacement, and if the rest of the faucet is as corroded, you might want to consider replacing it…
You should definitely replace them with new ones. It won’t cost a lot.
The current faucet may be causing water contamination. It’s worth getting a high-quality replacement to prevent this.
Consider investing in a Moen faucet to avoid future issues.
Getting a new faucet would be my recommendation.
Water shouldn’t be leaking under the faucet like that. It may have leaked inside the faucet or around the top of the sink near the faucet. Surprised you didn’t notice water in the cabinet under the sink. A new faucet is needed, and make sure to seal it at the base with silicone caulk or polyurethane caulk (my favorite). It can be tricky without making a mess, but it’s important to prevent this from happening again.
I think it’s time to get a new one for that bad boy. Keeping it alive might be a lost cause.
There’s a new faucet in the house, which means the old one is pretty dated. It’s probably time for a replacement, but you can find some reasonably priced options if you’re not looking for anything high-end.
They create new things that have an old appearance.
Getting a new faucet is probably the simplest solution.
Yo, check out the new faucet!
They call it a new faucet
Time to get a new bolt if it’s broken, but if it’s just the rosette you can replace that
