What is the name and process for obtaining a 3D column corner molding like the one shown here, specifically in terms of size and material?

Hey, does anyone happen to know the name of this specific type of 3D column corner molding? I’m not entirely sure if it’s something you can buy pre-made based on measurements you provide, or if it’s typically custom fabricated onsite using azek. The one in this picture looks to be at least 10 inches wide, but I’m thinking it’s probably closer to 12 inches.
This was put together on the spot, not bought from a store, and it’s quite simple to create.

Oh, I’ve tried those in the past. I actually have the fiberglass ones installed on my house. I’m curious if they sell pre-made corners like that in different sizes. I’m thinking it might require some on-site fabrication.
