What is the best strategy for soldering copper pipes to a new shower valve with previous inconsistencies in pipe placement?

Hey, I’m trying to figure out the best way to solder these copper pipes to the new shower valve. The previous person who worked on this left a lot of inconsistencies, like the bent hot and cold pipes to fit the old valve. The new valve is pretty snug against the pipes, and I’m not sure if there’s enough room to properly sweat them. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Trim everything out and start fresh. Cut just below where the new valve will go.
Make sure to cut the pipe at the correct height for a copper street 90 to fit perfectly.
Connect the pex tubing and sweat the connections to make sure they are secure.
Is all about this.
Or prefers using a gentle touch.
Could you consider using copper for the line that goes from the valve to the shower head?
Disconnect the hot and cold lines, then solder the new valve together before installing it and connecting it to the existing lines.
Cut back near the floor and pex. It’s a much simpler and better process with shower valves. It’s also easier for beginners. A tool is required.
I would cut the hot and cold pipes just below the 2X6 cross-brace and connect them with some Sharbites. No need for soldering! Check out this video for more details: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jgkCmT8Cc98
