What are the best methods for replacing the rotted OSB behind the stick framed wall between the brick in your basement walkout?

I have a basement walkout, and on one side of the house, there’s a concrete wall that has a cantilever attached to it, which acts as a retaining wall. I think that wall has a crack at the corner. It’s been fixed, but the previous owners left it in bad shape for a while before doing so. For about 5-10 years, water leaked into the basement and flooded the area regularly. The baseboard looks good, but the OSB between the brick and the vapor barrier (stick framing) is rotted about 6 inches above ground. Are there any ways to replace this OSB behind the stick framed wall between the brick? Is there a new method I could try, or do I need to remove parts of the framing to replace the OSB with plywood or new OSB? I’ve heard a jack might be needed. I’m not looking for structural advice, just tips on how to repair it. Thanks in advance!

First step is to turn off the water, then you may need to excavate the soil next to the house, address the drainage problem, and finally repair the wall.
