Ron, Barbara, and Reed were running late, and the feeders hadn’t arrived yet.

My feedback:
– I suggest adding more or longer ground bars (a combination of 23/15 and 15/9) to have additional accessible grounds. Connect them using #6 wire as I don’t trust a ground connection based on nuts threading.
– Consider getting a larger panel, as you should ideally have around 20-25% empty breaker spots after completing your main work. Currently, you have very few available breakers. I recommend a 30 breaker spot panel if it is a sub-panel serviced by another breaker upline.
– A Surge Protective Device should be installed, and it could potentially be installed in the outdoor meter/disconnect combo upline.
– There are too many arc breakers and no arc/FCI breakers. Are there circuits that should be protected by FCI? I suggest avoiding FCI outlets altogether and moving all FCI protection to the panel’s breakers.

Are you looking for a shop class? No feeders, no neutral, and no ground. And it’s not a sub-panel with a main breaker, it’s a 100 amp breaker.
Hey, where’s your SPD at? Just wondering.
Let us know when you’re finished posting again.
Have you considered getting a label maker?
You’re such a prima donna.
Seems like you could use some help with feeding. 👍
Totally agree with ! They were out of stock, so I went back and put them in a few days later.
Come on, don’t be a jerk and sharing photos that everyone will criticize.
Hey , I’m just looking for some advice!
What exactly is osmosis?
Hey, do you know where the ground bar is? And have you seen the feeders?
