If it’s currently under surveillance, those usually come with tamper switches to notify the monitoring center of any potential intrusions. If it’s not being monitored, there are clips located around the back panel. Simply remove them to uncover the screws securing it to the wall.

I just did this tonight – pulled it straight out, cut the wires, removed the internal screws, filled the sheetrock, taped, and mudded it. Tomorrow I’ll smooth and texture it for paint.
Typically clipped onto a base, but it’s best to first search for the name and model on oogle (based on its appearance).
Remove the front cover and you’ll find screws underneath.
