Struggling to remove a nailed wood slab – any tips on how to tackle this stubborn situation?

Any suggestions on how to lift this big wood slab? I have to swap it out entirely, but it’s nailed down, not screwed in. I tried prying it up with a crowbar, but it’s not budging much.
Cut the pieces in line with the floor joists and utilize a flat pry bar to lift them up.
Quick update – I ended up using a Sawzall to cut it into smaller pieces for easier removal!! Huge thank you to everyone for all the help and suggestions!!!!!
Set a circular saw to match the thickness of the wood you need to remove. Then cut it into 2’X2’ squares. There are roofing shovels available with a fulcrum on the back, or you can attempt to pry it up using a hammer.
