Should I paint, refinish, or sell this super cool antique dresser/bureau to achieve a classic yet modern vibe?

I have this really awesome antique dresser that I’m trying to spruce up a bit. The wood detail is great, but I’m torn between painting it, refinishing it, or maybe just selling it. I want to give it a classic yet modern look. What do you think?

The wood ought to have a light color with dark hardware.
