Should I hold off on taping and muddying the drywall in my garage until the temperatures warm up?

Hey there, fellow North East residents! So, I’ve got this urge to finally get that drywall in my garage taped and mudded. The weather this weekend is looking pretty decent, with temperatures in the 50-70 degree range. I’m based in central Connecticut and I’m just wondering if it might be better to hold off for another week or two before diving in. Anyone have any thoughts or experiences to share?

Rock and roll. I insulated mine in the middle of winter but had an electric heater running to maintain a temperature of around 50 degrees.
