Stripping brick is such a pain, but sandblasting definitely has its own set of challenges.
You have the option to change the base color and then apply a white wash to brighten it and create depth.
Take it down.
That’s the idea! But there are a few other things we want to take care of around the house first.
I think white paint would be a good choice.
A neutral tone like white, tan, or light gray, depending on your furniture and decor.
Definitely go with limewash white!
Black will help it vanish. Plus, add some plants hanging from the ceiling for a pop of color and intrigue.

Haha, anyone painting natural brick should be jokingly punished, right?
I’d suggest painting the wall a solid white color and then doing a rag finish in tan, that could look really nice.
