Is this repairable masonry damage on the corner of my building going to be noticeable even after painting, or can it be fixed easily?

I’m not too familiar with masonry, but I’m thinking that the damage on the corner of my building can be fixed, right? Eventually, the building will be painted and I know that the repair might stand out to me. Any advice or experience you can share would be appreciated. I accidentally hit it with my backhoe.
I wouldn’t worry about it, it’s just a tiny chip. Once it’s painted, you won’t be able to see it.
Mentioned it’s 4 inches long and 1/2 deep
Epoxy plus paint
Give it a good clean! Wet it down! Apply some mud! Smooth it out with a sponge float. Add primer. Paint over it.
Joe ohue was thinking the same thing, he might have to mix it thick and sand it with another piece of block, right?
Allow it to set up a bit, and then apply this before it dries! It should match the existing block work.
Joe ohue, I understand now. I was curious about what these were used for. In the past, I have used a broken piece of block, but I might try one of these. I would suggest cutting the line with a piece of rebar unless you have a better idea.
Is not completely certain about the joint size, but he finds that these work nicely. You can get them cheaper at Home Depot or Lowes!
I spend a lot of time in schools. When they need to fix it there, they remove part of the surface of the wall and put a new one in. Not the whole wall, just about 1.5 inches deep. Best of luck!
Are they on a salary?🤫
Nope, only masons. Haha… check with others. It might take them roughly an hour.
No worries! It’s an easy fix.
