Is the patch next to the bathtub in a new build a cause for concern, or simply a matter of replacing the sealant?

Hey! So I noticed a patch next to the bathtub in my new place (no one’s moved in yet). Do you think it’s a major problem or just a matter of replacing the sealant? Thanks a bunch in advance!
