Check it out, the project is all done. I’m happy with how it turned out. I’ve done about 10 of these shower and tile jobs in the last 50 years! I really enjoy the challenge that comes with remodeling. It seems like there’s a new problem to figure out at every step!
Did you make sure to waterproof the Durarock? Also, next time, make sure to stop the backsplash before it goes beyond the counter top …
I didn’t do that. I’ve gone through all the information on waterproofing, but this has always been my method. Nice observation about the backsplash! I agree with both points.
