Is my plan for adding front steps to my porch adequate, considering the dimensions, materials, and construction methods I have outlined?

I’m thinking about adding front steps to my porch. The steps will be 9 feet wide, each step will be 12.5 inches deep (with a rise of 6.75 inches). I plan to use 2x treated material for the framing, which will sit on a concrete pad. I’ll wrap the frame in white PVC and use Douglas Fir T&G flooring for the treads to match the porch. What do you think of my plan? I’m pretty handy with building things, but any warnings or advice would be appreciated. I haven’t included the posts and railings in the drawings yet, but they will be part of the final design. Thanks for any help you can provide!

I’m not sure how to help, but what software did you use to create that awesome drawing and animation?

I believe this is effective, but you might be using more lumber than needed when cutting stair stringers.

Tom, you can still wrap this afterwards. It could save you a significant amount of money on lumber and time.
