Is it possible to relocate the kitchen to the back of a small terrace house and add waste water drainage, or is it too difficult of a task?

Hey there!
So we’ve got this cute little 2 bedroom terrace house that we’re thinking of sprucing up. The rooms are on the small side, so I’m considering moving the kitchen from the front to the back to maximize the space.
The only thing is, all the waste water drainage is currently set up at the front of the house. Do you think it’s possible to add waste water drainage to the back, or is that just wishful thinking?
Thanks a bunch!

Can you please share more photos? There’s not enough information here to work with.

It could work out. It depends on whether you want to stay under the house (in a crawl space or basement) or if you’re willing to dig a new line outside to connect to the existing sewer line. But as Terry mentioned, having pictures would make it easier to provide advice.

When you mention ‘waste water’, are you referring to the kitchen sink? You should aim for a 1-inch drop in the drain pipe for every 4 feet. If there’s a significant change in elevation, you could consider routing the pipe around the house.
