Is it necessary to address any issues before scheduling an inspection, or is everything in order for this project?

Plug on neutrals? Just check and see if they’re loose. You know they’re not, but you know they had that recall recently
No grounding on neutrals there, and the recall was QO panels, not Homeline.
Yeah JavaScript. They appear tilted to the left,
It appears that the bottom breaker is supporting them.
Et in touch with an electrician
Maybe use a slightly smaller strap on the SER
The surge protector is installed under the panel on a wall that will be closed off. I know you have a disconnect before this, but sometimes inspectors get picky about the main covers and ‘room for future expansion’
Why is there surge protection on a sub panel?
In Florida, inspectors like Oscar Tovar-uzman require a surge protector on every panel, including main panels and subpanels. Make sure to install one on each panel to pass inspection.
You might want to consider using a panel with more spaces, and make sure the surge protector is easily accessible.
Why isn’t the surge a type of breaker. It’s going to be covered up
Insufficient information provided.
The inspector will point out what needs to be fixed.
I didn’t realize a surge arrester could be installed behind drywall under a panel. I see only 28 circuits in use, but the panel must be for 30 circuits as Square D doesn’t make a 28 circuit panel. Consider getting a surge breaker and rearranging things to accommodate.
