Is it a problem if I only connect 3 wires to 4 or 5 port Wego connectors?

If I have 4 or 5 port Wego connectors, do you think it would be okay if I only connect 3 wires in them?

The main problem might be trying to squeeze them into the box, especially with an older, smaller box and a GFCI outlet or something else that already occupies a significant amount of space.

I wouldn’t cover the outlets that are not in use, just to prevent anything from getting inserted accidentally.
It just requires a bit more space than necessary. You can easily fit 2 in a set of 5. No need to stress about it👍🏻
