Absolutely flawless
The walls look amazing, but it seems like the drywallers took their time.
So far, no one has left any negative comments. Hopefully everyone is enjoying it as much as I am! 😽😽
Reat job on the assembly! 😎😎
Straps looking good! 🙈🙊🙊
Angel Castillo seems like he is using the exception for the 5′ structure.
Uy Harrelson, what does that mean?
Angel Castillo, you literally cropped them out. The strut straps are right behind your picture. It might be reaching 36″ on the outer pipes.
Mentioned NEC article 358.30(A), which states that EMT needs to be strapped within 3 feet of a box. However, Exception No. 1 allows for an increase to a distance of 5 feet where structural members don’t easily allow fastening within 3 feet.
Uy Harrelson never realized it was written like that, to be honest, but he always understood being within 3 feet or the first available means (didn’t know there was a 5-foot limit). Learning something new every day and still slinging pipe after over 20 years!
If we’re not learning, we’re not improving. We can’t possibly know everything.
Uy Harrelson has been running pipe for years and checking his electricians’ work without bothering to look up this specific code reference. Every day for the past 21 years, he’s been learning something new! Man, that makes me feel old to say.
It’s not just about strapping incorrectly. If something goes awry, that’s a liability. A strap could be the trigger for a lawsuit.
Make sure to protect yourself. Maybe invest another 200 dollars in Unistruth. It’s not just a $100,000 job, it’s at least five times bigger. I’ll do it and safeguard my company.
Isn’t it funny that we’re the priciest company in Del Rio, charging about $5000 more than the competition, yet contractors still choose to hire us and wait months for us to get the job done? We’re in the US, so you know we go big and do it right.

Lovely
Very impressive
Pa, that looks really nice.
After reading some of the posts from our brothers and sisters in the US, I’ve noticed that you tend to use multiple conduit runs instead of just one or two multi-circuit trunking runs like we do here in the UK.

Well done!
Well done, you did an excellent job
Reat job! Did you calculate the sizing for the junction/pull box? It seems like there are too many conduits for the size.
Very good
This level of expertise is what is expected from every experienced electrician.
Sweetness
Simple for us Chicago 134 IBEW union electricians, where everything needs to be in pipe according to the Chicago Code book.
Hey, that’s some top-notch work, brother! Thanks a lot, I’d definitely purchase this anytime.
The setup looks impressive, but it does seem like there’s a lot of conduit going into the junction box.
The pipe work is very well done, but the can seems a bit small.
It seems like you installed the conduit before putting up insulation and drywall or wood finish. I’m concerned about the exposed studs. Why did you use strips as spacers? I would recommend taking it down until the wall is properly prepared. It looks like a tricky situation.
It looks great! Share how long it took you to finish it. Did you complete it before your break or did it take you all week? Just curious, but we really need to see some time frames.
Here’s a video showing the bone pile – if it took you 4 bundles of pipe to run 2 – once again, not criticizing – I think it looks great and neat, but I’d love to hear the whole story
Did you hang out with four guys?
This is as good as it gets! Another fantastic job by the I.B.E.W. – “WELL DONE”
Wow, that’s awesome!
