Hey, do you know the most effective method for sealing around a roof vent on a metal roof?
Usually, they use a rubber boot along with some sealant.
Here’s a better question – how can you remove a vent from a metal roof? Haha
When you have a lot of random vents and a lower pitch on a metal roof, it could lead to leaks.
Make sure you grab the proper vent and install it correctly. And consider spending around $50 to buy the appropriate sealant from the metal supply store.

The roof jacks in the picture are meant for composite roofs, not metal ones. Just make sure the hole you make is the right size for your project and use NP 1.
