This is our cute second garage. It faces south and gets all the weather, and the t1-11 siding between the door and the window is starting to rot at the bottom. I want to switch it out and add some metal siding wainscoting (luckily my mom and step-dad have some to spare). I’m not sure where to start. In my opinion, adding J channel here is extra. I’d simply leave it as is.
