How much work and time did it take to completely renovate your cabin over the past 3 years?

I’ve been working on this project for three years now. I had to redo the floor joist and subfloor in half of it, and replace all the support beams in the entire cabin. Also had to update all the plumbing and electrical. It’s been quite the adventure!
