How do I connect wires to 4 switches, including splitting the hot into 3 and connecting the rest of the wires for vents and vanity lights?

I’m no electrician, but I managed to install a few vents. However, this particular one has me stumped. There are four switches on the wall – three for the vents and one for the vanity lights. One of the 12/2 wires is constantly hot, and there’s also a 12/3 wire. I’m not sure where to even begin with this one since I didn’t do the demo work. The 12/3 wire goes to the vanity lights. Can anyone give me some guidance on how to connect these wires? Should I split the hot into three and then connect them to the rest of the black wires and the red wire before connecting them to the vents’ black wires? And should I just connect all the white wires together?
Is that a smart fan? If it is, one always receives power. Then you have your light and fan.
Do the instructions include a diagram?
You snap a photo of three romex wires sticking out of the attic and one wire in an exhaust fan with a poor explanation, then you expect us to help you solve the issue? Without going into the attic to trace the wires or using a continuity tester, it’s nearly impossible for anyone here to assist you. If you’re unsure or lack the knowledge to reassemble it, consider calling an electrician.
