The first accent wall looks pretty good, don’t you think?
It turned out nice
Why do you need the tape?
I think they were temporarily holding it before securing it in place
Avoid using wood filler to fill in between the connections so that the seams are concealed

I believe these are simply 2″ by 3/8 strips

I might consider changing the outlets to a darker color
Considering it, but decided to attach it to the wall with screws instead, also because it was the only option available at the time, the total cost of the project was around $150
