How did you transform your backyard and patio space for your first house, including painting the deck and adding a new ceiling fanlight?

We’ve been working on sprucing up the backyard and patio area at our new place! I’ll be sharing some photos showing the progress we’ve made, like painting the deck, adding an under deck roofing system with gutters, installing a ceiling fan/light, expanding the patio, and doing some landscaping.
