Wow, my family, the one on the right is obviously new. I love the paint color and the way you transformed the clam-shaped pedestal sink to look timeless and stylish, complemented by a vintage-style mirror.
How did you manage to get rid of all that wallpaper? I have some in my kitchen that I tried to remove a while back but it became overwhelming, and now my kitchen has been a mess for ages. It’s such a tedious task, especially trying to peel off the backing with the pattern still on. I think I’m just going to hire someone to do it because it’s honestly too much for me.
I purchased a clothes steamer, a wallpaper puncher, and the wallpaper remover spray. I used the puncher and remover first, then steamed and scraped off the wallpaper. It really speeds up the process!
I used a steamer and putty knife to remove the old paint, then washed, applied oil primer, and finally painted the surface.
The wallpaper is my favorite, but I must say both are pretty nice!
