How did a smart thermostat solve the temperature difference between the hallway and bedrooms without having to relocate them?

I mentioned before how my two thermostats were giving me some trouble. One controls the bedrooms and the other the living areas, both located in the hallway. Thanks to those who recommended a smart thermostat! It helped me solve the temperature problem without having to move the thermostats. The hallway is now 3 degrees warmer than the bedrooms, which means we can close our doors at night without the AC blasting all night. I’m really happy with the results so far!

Hey Shaylin, I didn’t catch your first post, so sorry for asking you to go over it again. What type of thermostat did you end up getting? Are there temperature sensors in various rooms to assist with controlling the AC?
