Hey there! Exciting news – we just bought our first house! The kitchen is our top priority for a makeover – it’s a bit outdated. We’re looking for some design tips to maximize storage and counter space, as well as modernize the look. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a bunch!
My first suggestion would be to change the cabinet hardware to either colorful porcelain or a more modern and simple design. And the wall color clashes with everything, so I recommend a light blue or green tone. The lighting also needs a major update, those old fan/light combos are outdated.
If you want that pantry cabinet, my suggestion would be to rebuild that wall and install a built-in pantry.
You could also paint it the same color as the cabinets.
Improve Lighting: Add under-cabinet and pendant lighting for better visibility and a more modern appearance. Are you planning any home renovations too?
