How can we seamlessly connect our new roof system to our old kitchen without remodeling, while ensuring the new roof faces a different direction?

Hey there! We’re looking for some suggestions on how to connect our new roof system to our old kitchen without having to completely remodel the existing roof. We’re hoping to have the new roof facing the opposite direction. Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!
What’s the connection between the cleanliness of your kitchen and adjusting the angle of your roof? Haha!
It seems like the black/red section on the left is the new roof. In that case, you’ll need to build a shed roof off the right wall, high enough to slope down to the left roof. Is that the plan you had in mind?
You might want to reconsider doing that project yourself!
