How can we prevent condensation and mold on the metal attic access door located next to the tub in our bathroom during cold weather?

We put in a metal access door to the attic in the bathroom, it’s by the tub. I noticed that when it’s cold out, the door gets super cold and I’m worried about condensation building up when the bathroom is in use. I’m afraid it might cause moisture problems or mold in the attic. Any ideas on how to handle this? Maybe insulate it differently or switch to a drywall panel like we had before? It was a bit of a pain though.

Attach a thick piece of foam board on the attic side. Then, ensure that the door seals are in perfect condition and the frame is properly sealed to the jamb.
