Any suggestions on how to fix this metal corner? It seems like caulk was attempted. Appreciate any help you can offer!

I’d suggest crafting a fresh section of flashing with a 90-degree corner and placing it over the existing one.

Use more caulk

Herbert Simpson

Clean up the corners and then trim a piece to perfectly fill the gap.

If it’s not feasible to create new flashing (which would be the best option), you may want to consider using bondo designed for metal cars and finishing it with outdoor paint.

Sobislava Butko

Consider using a large stretch caulk or creating a new flashing cap to place over it. There are plenty of videos demonstrating how to create an outside bend.

I need another metal piece to use as a corner cap.

Can you help me locate a decorative metal corner that would work as an end cap for table corners to provide protection?

Emin Van Rinsum

I heard you can purchase plastic angle joins specifically designed for attaching laminate flooring to MDF baseboards.

Hotimir Dudko

Watch bend a straight metal right angle cover and attach it with foam adhesive, it should do the trick.

Kübra Tunaboylu

Maybe it’s best to take it out and reinstall it correctly.

How about getting a tube of caulk?

Kim Nguyen

You should get a metal stretcher to help move that thing into place. Haha
Remove it and put a new one in. And if you’re on a budget, you can seal it with some paint.
