How can we address the unevenness and cracks in our concrete counters after carefully researching and following all steps in the renovation process?

Hey folks, anyone have tips on how to even out our concrete counters and fix a crack? We really put in the effort researching and following all the steps when we got our supplies for the countertop. We watched tons of videos too, so this wasn’t a decision we made lightly. We got our forms from concrete countertop solutions, and unfortunately, removing them is out of the question. We’ve been working on renovating our house for a year now.
Can you share some pictures? How long have the counters been installed for? Are they brand new or a year old? I need more information.

Consider applying a microtopping to the entire surface using this: https://store.concreteexchange.com/products/surecrete-micro-topping-concrete-overlay-mix?variant=39776408567882¤cy=USD&utm_medium=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&adpos=&scid=scplpshopify_US_3698826575946_39776408567882&sc_intid=shopify_US_3698826575946_39776408567882&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAAClHkhuNsy2rfOQVfKAFj4kjBdyau&gclid=Cj0KCQiA5-uuBhDzARIsAAa21T_0Rb7mk5IWrjFKVKJyDQI4Q32vKZUElXnsbj1vw_hrxxekdeAjlgYaAs70EALw_wcB. Afterward, make sure to seal the surface.
Use a straight cut off wheel to follow the crack. Fill it in with epoxy and then sand it down. Once it’s dry, grind it until it’s flush.
You’re going to need to grind them down. If you don’t have the right dust shroud and vacuum, get ready for a big mess. Consider tenting off the area and using a diamond cup wheel to grind.

Yep, grind it down, then repair the crack with epoxy and sand just like mentioned earlier. Keep in mind that concrete tends to deteriorate over time with regular use. Cracks and chips are to be expected. It has a rustic look. If you’re aiming for a flawless finish, concrete might not meet your expectations. Many people find this frustrating.
Give them a nice epoxy coating, check out stonecoat on youtube.
You might want to consider something similar to this for smoothing out the surface. I personally used one to help with some rough spots in my basement and it did the job. Just be prepared for a bit of an arm workout!
You could try using a cup grinder.
