How can I successfully install cabinets for a wet bar in my 1899 build home without a sink, considering the existing space and aesthetics?

I usually hire someone to do my cabinet work, but I’m feeling adventurous and want to give it a shot this time! I’ve attached some pictures to show you what we’re working with and what we’re aiming for.

The house was built in 1899 and at some point in the 60s or 70s, a closet was added that sticks out like a sore thumb right when you walk in.

I found a 60″ cabinet by Hamilton Bay at Home Depot that should fit the 64″ wide space perfectly. We’re not planning on putting in a sink.

I managed to install the crown molding and created a cap to match the staircase landing beam and the rest of the house. Any advice on what to do next or how to finish this project would be greatly appreciated!
