How can I repair marks on a cast iron tub that was reglazed two years ago, after just purchasing the house?

I recently moved into this new house and I saw some marks on my tub. It’s a cast-iron tub. I think the previous owner mentioned they had it reglazed two years ago. Any ideas on how to repair this?
Ently sand, scuff, and use an epoxy paint kit
